Special session proposal

Lead a Special Session in a Thematic Track and have your space to explore your research topic. SSPCR 2025 highly encourages the organization of special sessions to start focused discussions on new topics or specific issues within the regular tracks.

You, as the organizer, will gather abstracts from your network, and the SSPCR Conference Scientific Committee may, at its discretion, help adding abstracts that fit your session’s topic. Each special session must have a minimum of 5 presentations.

Each session needs at least 2 organizers: a moderator and a deputy or co-moderator. All participants, including co-organizers and speakers, must register and pay the conference registration fee. Only one session organizer is exempt*.

* The main organizer of the Special Session will benefit from a waived conference registration fee (only one gratuity per session).

Special Sessions are not events dedicated to the discussion of private abstracts. However, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to include additional abstracts if deemed relevant.

Do you wish to organize a private event with your exclusive network? Propose an Event.
