The deadline for submission of abstracts is July 16th, 2025.
Acceptance of abstracts will be notified no later than early September.
Proposal Submission
Contributions for conference presentations or posters shall be submitted using the conference official submission system through the following link.
Only abstracts submitted through the online submission system will be considered for the conference. Each author can submit no more than two abstracts.

If the proposal has been submitted correctly you will receive an automatic response via e-mail. This confirms that your contribution has been filed for review.

The abstract shall be between 1,500 and 3,000 characters (including spaces and keywords). This is the maximum length the online submission system will accept.
Please write your text in English (British is preferred).
