SSPCR 2025 is coming back for its 5th edition in winter during Christmas season and Christmas markets, making the atmosphere even more magical. We are excited to welcome everyone to Bolzano and continue the tradition of gathering in such a special time and setting.

People wishing to attend the conference shall register through the SSPCR 2025 online registration system and pay in full by 30th November 2025.
In this edition we have introduced for the first time on 9th December the Pre-Conference Day full of different and very interesting events. Participation to these events is free of charge but registration is still required (the places are limited).
So, this year you have three options for your stay in Bolzano: attend only the Pre-Conference Day, only the SSPCR Conference, or both Pre-Conference and SSPCR Conference. Please note that you will need to register for each one individually.

LATE BIRD: 17th November – 30th November 2025
The registration fee includes access to the conference, coffee breaks and lunch every day, plus the conference materials.

Please register as an Attendee if you are interested in attending one or more scientific sessions without giving a presentation or showing a poster.
If you are an accompanying person and would like to attend the conference, please register as an Attendee. As an Attendee, you will have full access to the conference and you can also select additional services, such as the social dinner. If you do not register as an Attendee but still wish to join the social dinner on 11th December, you remain an Accompanying Person and must select the option “Social dinner for accompanying person” when choosing the services.
Please note that access to the conference premises is granted only upon prior registration through the official conference system.
The SSPCR organizers retain the right to ask for evidence of status and/or age to those who request a reduced fee.
If you would like to attend only Pre-Conference Day on 9th December, please complete the registration on the official registration platform by selecting the category "I will attend only Pre-Conference Day on 9th December". Please note the registration only to events is free of charge. It will not give you the access to SSPCR Conference on the following days.
At least one author per each accepted abstract is required to register, attend the conference and pay the corresponding fee in order to ensure their work is included in the SSPCR 2025 programme. Remember that only presenters that have completed the registration process will be included in the programme.
