Paper submission is not requested to present at SSPCR 2025. However, the Scientific Committee encourages presenting authors to further elaborate their research into a scientific paper. After the conference, you will have the opportunity to submit a paper related to the presentation you gave or the poster you showed.
Article Processing Charge (APC) is not included in the SSPCR 2025 conference fee (see Registration information).
Conference proceedings / Regular and Special Sessions
The SSPCR conference proceedings will be published in Open Access by Springer within the book series "Green Energy and Technology" and indexed in the SCOPUS database.

Authors presenting in the Special Session "Beyond the Pavement: A Data Driven Blueprint for Climate-Resilient Cities with Nature-based Solutions" are encouraged to submit an original research paper on the Special Issue "Beyond the Pavement: Nature-Based and Data-Driven Pathways to Urban Resilience".
Papers will be published in Open Access within the "City, Territory and Architecture" thematic series, by Springer Open.
Peer Review full papers will be subject to a blind peer-review process.

Authors presenting in the Thematic Tracks 2, 4 or 6 are encouraged to submit an original research paper on the Special Issue "Nature-Based Solutions for Circular Cities: Enhancing Ecosystem Services and Enabling a Just Socio-Ecological Transition".
Papers will be published in Open Access within the "Frontiers in Sustainable Resource Management, Frontiers in Sustainable Cities" Journal, by Frontiers.
Peer Review full papers will be subject to a single blind peer review process.

Special Issue / SSPCR 2025 – Collaboration with GUIHUA – Frontiers of Urban and Rural Planning
Authors presenting at SSPCR 2025 are invited to submit an original research paper to the journal GUIHUA – Frontiers of Urban and Rural Planning (Springer).
Selected contributors will be invited by SSPCR Scientific Committee to submit their papers to one of the active Special Issues currently hosted by the journal, which offer clear thematic pathways and an efficient publication process.
