Micol Pezzotta is a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Stavanger, Norway. With a MSc in Management Engineering and a PhD in Structural Engineering, she has worked in interdisciplinary research projects in collaboration with industry for 15 years. Since 2022 she works in the Future Energy Hub project which strives to build competence on greener cities with local actors in the region of Stavanger. Her current research focuses on leadership and co-creation of Positive Energy Districts. She is passionate of understanding processes that enable stakeholder collaboration, and ways to foster interaction between academia and industry to create societal value.
