Chiara Pellegrini is Senior Researcher at Institute for Renewable Energy in Eurac Research. She works on energy and innovation policy and governance, sustainability management, entrepreneurship and innovation in the energy sector. Her research investigates the integration of governance and business aspects in the green and digital transition, with an interest in nature-based solutions, circular economy, and sustainable cities. Over the past five years, she has been working on several European projects, where she leads activities on innovation and business engagement in the twin transition. She holds a PhD in Innovation and Sustainability Management awarded by the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa, and international experiences in the Netherlands, Germany and India.
