Full Professor of Real Estate Appraisal and Project Evaluation at Politecnico di Milano since 2018, with teaching and research roles in doctoral programs at both Politecnico di Milano and Politecnico di Torino. Her research focuses on urban regeneration feasibility, impact assessment, decision-making support, and the evaluation of environmental and cultural assets. She leads research projects and provides consultancy for public and private entities, including expert witness services. Chief Editor of the SIEV series (Springer), and member of several editorial and scientific boards. Teaching since 2005 in project and economic evaluation courses at Politecnico di Milano. Author of over 100 indexed publications (1130 citations, h-index 20).
