The full programme of SSPCR conference has been published. You can now navigate through all the events and sessions. The conference opens with a full day of engaging events on 9 December, followed by three days (10-12 December) of keynotes, regular and special sessions.

The topics addressed will follow the seven Thematic Tracks which are the backbone of SSPCR conference, and they comprise a variety of themes from energy transition to adaptive regeneration, from mobility systems to AI and data, from circular economy to energy communities and governance. These topics explore how urban planning can become smarter and more sustainable through diverse research perspectives.

The first two keynote speakers are officially announced:

• Thomas Maloutas (Researcher and Professor Emeritus at EKKE and Harokopio University) is delivering the plenary session opening 10 December.

• Barbara Widera (Architect and Associate Professor at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Architecture) is presenting on 11 December.

The common thread of their discussions will be the New European Bauhaus. Stay tuned for more information about their presentations and for the announcement of the third keynote speaker.

After attending the events and sessions, do not miss the social gatherings! This year we will welcome you with the Winter Welcome Aperitif on 9 December, embracing the Christmas essence in a cozy and lively atmosphere. On 11 December, join us for the Social Dinner at Eurac Research headquarters in Bolzano city centre. Both events are an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the SSPCR spirit and network with peers. We warmly welcome you to take part.
